He's backstory and how he met Riley is like really butched,
cut, messy, written horrible... But if I went into details like
I did for he's personality it would be like 5 pages. : |

And yeah, I got lazy when I got to the parasite and parasitic forms.
Only because I decided to redraw he's human form, I was
going to use the one I did in the sketch dump of Hyde but meh.
Then I redew he's symbiote form like a million times!
I still think it looks off.. but I just finally left it alone.</sup>

Personality:
Hyde can often be titled as a loner and he doesn’t strive to make friends, although deeply values those that he has. Many however will notice that he does have a hard time expressing feelings of affection or compassionate toward any of he’s acquaintances regularly making one wonder if their he’s friends in the first place, the only person who he seems to show any of this to at all is Riley who he usually shows the up most admiration too (if not in an annoying kind of way for Riley). Hyde’s friends are VERY few and will admit he wasn’t ever a very sociable person; feeling that he’s line of study was quite distinct from that of other people, never sparking an interest to know them. Hyde can grow bored easily of a person or a subject and it’s hard to keep he’s attention if he’s just not fascinated. He isn’t above using someone either, if it helps him or he’s friends out. To many he can seem extremely selfish or self-centered the way he puts him-self off after all, but if they take the time to get to know him (which takes a lot of effort to be truthful) beneath it all he really isn’t; in most cases he’ll put him-self in the face of danger if it means saving a friend and he puts all he’s thoughts on a any troubling subject if a friend needs him to be there. He cherishes the time he has alone, attributing his solitary ways to he’s particular interests; such as playing he’s violin or simply napping in he’s armchair. Though he’s attire is usually always hygienic and quite professional around others, he’s living space is another story. He’s room often holds no regard for contemporary standards of tidiness or good order, littered with papers written with thoughts, photos, drawings, clothes, and among other random things when he’s mind is focusing on things he barely cleans, which is usually all the time. But what appears to be a chaos of a mess to others is an order of useful information to Hyde, knowing exactly where everything is when the time comes that he needs it. Hyde is also known to make large conclusions from the smallest observations, for much like he’s friend Riley, he has wonderful observational skills just not as settle with them and always uses them to gain an upper hand against someone(With this he is quite excellent at hand-to-hand combat). Hyde will act differently depending on what gender someone is too, although always acting the gentleman part to females it’s a lot harder for a woman to gain his respect compared to a man. He simply doesn’t trust them (females), holding them rather high on a scale of how sinister and menacing their thoughts can turn in a situation. He feels a woman is never truly exceptional and is ALWAYS out to get something from you, in which case is the reason why he’s never been in a relationship(though he has a lack of interest in interpersonal relationships anyways). To males he draws pleasure from baffling them; he has quite an ego that at times borders on arrogant and likes to do things to impress Riley or anyone else in approximately of him. He also can appear dispassionate or cold depending on someone’s attitude toward him as well on the first meeting. Hyde can be considered rather bi-polar if you do interact with him; there are moments if you say/do something wrong (with or without meaning too) he’ll be furious, not above yelling or growling and giving mumbled lectures to him-self about your mishaps (he does frequently catch him-self however if you really didn’t mean too, even becoming apologetic) … then say something else in the same conversation and he’ll be right as rain, one has to always be on their toes when speaking with him despite the fact that you’ll never know what the right or wrong thing to say is, what will set him off or have him smiling. If one truly wants to get on he’s good side Hyde is pleased when recognized for having superior skills and responds well to flattery.

Backstory:
Hyde was raised in a rather large family. He had 5 total siblings, 3 older brothers (Vincent, Ridgewell, and Clive) and 2 older sisters (twins – Felicity and Sue); he was the youngest of the children. Then he’s parents, Rupert (father) and Elisabeth (mother). He sadly never gotten a chance to even truly met or know he’s mother however, as she died while giving birth to him. His father despite this was a very supportive and loving man, though he too wasn’t around much nearly working him-self to death to bring money to the family. Only 4 of he’s siblings were really there while Hyde was growing up, Ridgewell was the oldest of them all, he already had he’s own family and life he was living. Clive was going to college; he did stop by for visits often. Vincent and Sue both decided against schooling instead they also worked to help their father with bills and other money related issues. Felicity chose to stay home to clean, shop, and cook for the family, she also practical raised Hyde her-self. Hyde even at a earliest of ages already stood out brightly compared to he’s siblings with he’s brilliants; by age 7 he was already reading novels at a high school grade level and took up playing the violin doing quite well on it; by age 10 he took an interest in engineering becoming rather good at understanding it and making little devices or fixing the eclectics around the house that may have broken, even improving some of them; by age 12 he was helping Sue when she finally decided to go and Clive with college level problems having read through the books they brought home with them when he was looking for more of a challenge then high school level ones. They were never one the question their brother’s gift and always appreciated the help; by age 15 Hyde graduated from high school. It was a little later when Felicity was told by one of he’s teacher’s that he could of graduated even earlier than this. When she questioned him about it he simply stated he lost interest for awhile and perhaps became a bit lazy during he’s last years of high school. This was also this year that Hyde’s father passed away, it had been peaceful and calm finally letting a man who truly worked hard for his family to rest. During this point the family all started to go their own way. Clive was getting married and starting he’s own family, Sue moved away for a higher paying job, Vincent joined into the Global Government as a soldier, and Felicity was left with the house where she decided to stay and find her-self a job to support it. For awhile Hyde stayed around making money off to the side to help Felicity since she was he’s favorite sister and almost mother to him; It was when he turned 16 did things turn to the worst for him. He grew sickly and lost a ton of weight, that no matter what Felicity did to help he couldn’t seem to gain any back. When he’s worrying sister took him to a hospital it was there that he was diagnosed with Cystic fibrosis. For a few months he was getting treated from home but when he didn’t show any signs of improvement he was sent to stay at the hospital. But none of that seemed to matter in the fact he wasn’t getting better either way. All he’s brothers and sisters stopped by of course to show the only thing they could, support. It was on he’s dying bed did he’s brother, Vincent, show up with a tube containing a small creature-like object saying he found something to would save he’s life. This was the day Hyde became one of the infected. It was easy to take control of the parasite, it being of a calmer and human liking nature there was no ambitious struggle. With its incredible healing powers the medication told effect and Hyde actually started to get better to the doctors that had been helping him amazement. Though they did wonder about the odd change in he’s eyes since they went from hazel to turquoise, after awhile they simply took it as an extremely rare after effect of the treatments. Still it would take many more months of medicine taking to be completely well again, but it was the astonishing thought that he was going to live. Vincent and Felicity were the only two who knew about him being infected and they all agreed to keep it a secret, definitely Vincent so he wouldn’t end up losing he’s job at the GG. It was in he’s mid 17 did Hyde meet the parasitic of Riley. Hurt and wounded it look like it escaped from nearly being killed by some GG soldiers, it also wasn’t going to let the human within back in control. The fox was indicated and wouldn’t let Hyde help, it took letting Copperfang take control having a conversation with the parasite (that he couldn’t understand) to finally put the fox at rest morphing back into human form. Hyde took the red head back to he’s place with Felicity. Together they took care of the boy’s wounds though in the end it was Hyde who spent the most time with him. The kid had a wit the match he’s own and it was someone who Hyde could finally have a most intellect discussion with. Though he noticed Riley often hide this around he’s sister, playing as if he was a 5 year old child… it fascinated him. They became quite amazing friends. But unlike Hyde, Riley was a people’s person and as soon as he was able to walk again he was out exploring. The two stayed together along in Felicity’s house for 5 months. Then Riley discovered there was even more infected like them, they made a group together they called ‘The Harmony’. Riley was asked to join (Hyde not being there) and he accepted quickly enough if not for the fact he could finally be open and him-self around these other people instead of always hiding. Since they were departing to their hidden base Riley had to move fast, when he returned to gather his things he asked Hyde to go with him but the notice was too short and they had a small heated fight. It ended up with Riley leaving and Hyde being left behind.


Parasite info:
Parasite type: Timber Wolf
Parasite name: Copperfang (Given to him by people of the Zoo and is what Hyde calls him as well)
Origin: Copperfang’s pack was lighted and had long suffered deaths by hunters at first then disaster struck, many more killed in a forest fire. He was only a few days old when the fire hit. He’s parents didn’t make it. People of a rescue team saved him and a very few others of his pack among other animals. They were sent to a zoo to be taken cared of eventually, were Copperfang had spent most of he’s life. He was raised/looked after by humans since none of the female wolves would take him in and grew up loving humans because of this. It was during he’s adult life when about to be released back into the wild when he’s food, a piece of meat, was given to him unknowingly it carried the infected bacteria.
The Infection: Copperfang was eventually found and taken in by the Global Government where he was studied and placed along with other captured parasites. He was randomly chosen out of a few when Vincent stole one to save he’s youngest brother’s life.
Personality: He’s has a sweet and loveable quality. Since he was raised by humans he does has a liking to them, though being with Hyde he knows which to and not to have a fondness to. But it seems hard for the wolf to not like everybody. Despite that, when it comes down to fighting he can become rather cut-throat and deadly; he knows how to use he’s speed, teeth, and claws to he’s advantage having gotten the practice and training when the people taking care of him were planning to release him back into the wild someday. He can also be considered rather intelligent compared to most.
